Led Winning Streak Sports' digital transformation as Project Manager and Design Lead at Igntie2X. Streamlined product management by connecting PIM to SAP, migrated from SANA to Shopify for a smoother more dynamic user experience. Created a B2B version of the site with exclusive wholesale pricing, trained staff and sales forces for success. This resulted in a home run website for Winning Streak Sports.
Due to Covid Winning Streak has closed.
Led Creative team to conquer 1,500 product images. Organized product descriptions/tags for seamless Shopify navigation. Guided dev team/3rd party to seamless SAP integration, delivering unforgettable shopping experience.
Designed a homepage for sports fans, featuring the latest championship and easy access to purchase. Developed a "Super Bowl" collection with all winning banners from every game.
